Question 1: What types of care services do you offer?
We offer a range of services, including specialized care for individuals with conditions such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Motor Neurone Disease, and more. Our care packages are highly customizable, ranging from daily check-ins to 24/7 support.
Question 2: How do you ensure quality of care?
Quality is at the core of our services. We have a dedicated team of Quality Monitoring Officers who regularly review care plans and conduct in-home assessments to ensure we meet the highest standards. Additionally, all our care staff undergo comprehensive training programs.
Question 3: What are my options for paying for care?
We accept three of the four Self Directed Support Scotland options for payments. This includes Direct Payment (Option 1), Individual Service Fund (Option 2), and Direct Service (Option 3).
Question 4: How quickly can care begin?
We understand that care needs can be urgent. After an initial assessment, we aim to start care services as quickly as possible, often within 48 hours.
